MERRILL, Wis (WSAU) An SUV and a mini-van crashed near the intersection of Highway 107 and County Road Z in the Town of Corning near Merrill.
Two people were taken from the scene by ambulance. The circumstances surrounding the crash haven’t been made public. The mini-van suffered heavy front-end damage, and had to be towed from the scene.

Around 7pm last night in Wausau a mini-van crashed into a light pole on Stewart Avenue near South 7th Avenue. The pole fell across the road, blocking traffic.
The driver was ticketed for inattentive driving.
