UNDATED (WSAU) A Tomahawk man is charged with a fourth O-W-I.
The Wisconsin Highway Patrol stopped Robbie Tesch on Highway 8 around 3-30 yesterday afternoon. Troopers say he was speeding and having trouble staying in his lane.
His blood-alcohol level has not been released, and future court dates in his case have not been announced.
