(WLMI) Michigan is getting almost 200-million dollars from the Federal Transportation Department to help build a new bus and train station in Ann Arbor. The majority of the money will be used to retrofit a 135-mile stretch of the Kalamazoo to Dearborn track for high-speed rail service. Officials for the Michigan Department of Transportation say the updates could be completed as early as the end of 2013, and will shave 50-minutes off the Detroit-Chicago trip.
