The tour of duty ends today for 300 Wisconsin National Guard soldiers who were sent to Iraq.  The 724th Engineer Battalion, which includes troops from Superior and Hayward, will come home to a welcoming ceremony Friday with National Guard officials and family members at Volk Field.  They'll spend a week at Fort McCoy before their release from duty.  The 724th spent the past year in Iraq.
