BONDUEL, Wis. (WTAQ) – Shawano County sheriff’s deputies stopped a high-speed chase that began in Green Bay early this morning.

Police say it all started around 3 a.m. Tuesday when officers were called to the 1100 block of Radisson Street, for a report of a woman being put into a van. An off duty officer saw the van near Military and Mason Streets, then called it in.

It ended on Highway 29 near Shawano, where sheriff's deputies there popped the van's tires with a spike strip. The van had reached speeds of up to 120 miles per hour.

A sheriff’s deputy Tased the driver, a 33-year-old Green Bay man. A 21-year-old Oneida woman was a passenger in the van.

Green Bay police plan to question both people involved.
