PLAINFIELD, Wis (WSAU) While students were away for the holiday, exterminators were working in the Tri County School District. German cockroaches were found in the school building last week. A letter was sent home to parents on Friday explaining the situation.
The cockroaches were not found in the cafeteria or kitchen. The letter says there are no concerns about the safety of school lunch.
Classes are scheduled to resume today.
