UNDATED (WSAU) Wausau-based Aspirus is growing. They're buying a hospital in the Upper Peninsula.

The medical group says its agreement to purchase Grand View Health Systems will close on October 1st. The terms of the purchase have not been made public.

Grand View includes a surgical center, walk-in clinic, eye care center, and home health division. It has about 400 employees, and serves patients in the U.P. and Northern Wisconsin. It will be renamed Aspirus-Grand View after the sale is complete.
