Sheboygan, Wis. (WHBL) - An Adell man has now been formally charged after a passerby reported a marijuana plant growing in the window of his home. 32 year old Nathan Huber has been charged with 1 felony count of drug manufacturing, and 1 felony count of maintaining a drug trafficking place after officers executed a search warrant at his home on Wisconsin Street in Adell on Monday. According to the criminal complaint, Huber was growing the pot in his bedroom, and had drug paraphernalia throughout his home. Huber told officers he did not think it was illegal to have the plant in his residence because it did not have any marijuana on it because it was just growing. If convicted, Huber could spend 7 years in prison.
