(Superior, WI)  --  While toxicology test results won't be back for around a month, authorities have confirmed there were no signs of trauma to the body of a Duluth East high school student found this past weekend in Lake Superior.  Superior Police say the autopsy report shows no evidence of foul play in the death of Sylvester McCurry.  The boy's mother has disputed that, saying there are too many unanswered questions for it to be an accident.  Police also point out that McCurry's body turned up next to the shore at the Midwest Energy Coal Dock, not in Superior Harbor as previously reported.
