Terre Haute (WIBQ)-A Wabash Valley doctor is facing federal charges in a wrongful death case. Doctor Kamal Tiwari is accused of prescribing narcotics to patients with a history of drug abuse. According to court document, he would also have patients undergo invasive procedures they didn't need to get the drugs...and bill their insurance for inflated rates. He made $21 million in 5 years this way, according to prosecutors.
