MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WSAU) – The place that makes Palermo’s Pizza will soon get bigger.

The state is giving a $342,000 tax break to Palermo Villa of Milwaukee to expand its four-year-old plant in the city’s Menomonee Valley.

The project is expected to cost $22-million dollars and create 56 new jobs. It will include a larger production area, and more amenities for the workers.

Palermo’s current plant covers 135,000 square feet. It includes production and storage facilities, a retail store, and pizzeria café, and more.
