TERRE HAUTE (WIBQ) - The Vigo County School Board agreed on Monday to waive a out-of-county transfer tuition fee. If a student is enrolled before the official enrollment date, and is a resident of Indiana, no tuition transfer fee will apply. If they enrolled after that date, they would have to pay the full tuition transfer fee, which is between $5,000 and $6,000.
